2. Scope

These Terms apply to all services on drkamranmove.com. By booking, you agree to these Terms.

3. Services & Prices

Recovery Clarity Session (€89) — 45-minute video call. Credited toward any coaching package purchased within 30 days.

1:1 Coaching packages:

• Single session: €129
• 5-session package: €595 (€119/session)
• 10-session package: €990 (€99/session)

All packages are paid upfront in full.

Small business (Kleinunternehmerregelung): VAT is not charged under §19 of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz).

4. Booking & Payment

Bookings via Cal.eu. Payment via Stripe at time of booking. All prices in euros (€).

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

By booking and confirming a session, you explicitly request that the service begins before the 14-day statutory withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the session has taken place.

To withdraw before a session occurs, email kamran@drkamranmove.com with your name and booking date.

6. Cancellations (Stornierung)

You can cancel your booking anytime using the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email sent by Cal.eu.

• More than 24 hours before the session: full refund
• Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund
• No-shows: no refund

Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the session at no extra charge via the link in your confirmation email.

7. Health & Fitness

By booking, you confirm you have consulted a doctor and are fit to participate in a movement coaching program. Dr. Kamran Hosseinzadeh Ghasemabad (Sportwissenschaftler — Sports Scientist) reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if participation appears inappropriate for health or safety reasons.

8. Liability

Dr. Kamran Hosseinzadeh Ghasemabad is not liable for any injury or adverse outcome from implementing session advice, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Participation in recommended exercises is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

Laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction: Berlin.

10. Dispute Resolution (Streitbeilegung)

EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not obliged to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings and do not voluntarily do so.
